After a long and fantastic period as General Manager of the Pullman Eindhoven Cocagne Hotel, I decided to take a new path. My employer offered support in the form of career guidance/outplacement. On the advice of a good friend, I chose H&C Coaches. That Accor made this possible, I appreciate to this day.

During the intake interview I immediately felt that I was in the right place. The coach looked beyond my work situation, and there was an immediate great connection. We paid attention to the origin of the situation and its processing, after which we investigated who I am, where my strengths lie and what I like to do most. All at my own pace.

My coach reflected and asked the right questions. She made me think outside the box and helped me to reflect on who I am and who I want to be. For years I had worked many hours with boundless dedication. During the coaching process I decided that I wanted more balance between effort and relaxation.

My coach was both goal-oriented and warm, firm and soft at the same time, and I could reach her 24/7. I felt that she really wanted the best for me, and I found that. I am very grateful to her for that. I have the best job I could have imagined, with all the space, responsibility and freedom to do the right things for the company. I really feel at home, with great colleagues, and I can even cycle to work!

I often think back to the coaching, because it has given me more than just a great job. Nicole is so involved and professional, I have no words for it. I will proudly recommend her to anyone who wants to follow such a valuable path. I think she is special and I am very grateful to her.
