H&C Coaches processes your personal data for the following purposes:

• Concluding an agreement with you, including providing a quotation and introductory meeting (basis: Consent)
• Providing tailor-made guidance (basis: Consent & Agreement)
• To be able to call or email you if this is necessary to carry out our services (basis: Consent & Agreement)
• H&C Coaches also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data that we need for our tax return (basis: Legal obligation)
• Invoicing and processing your payment (basis: Agreement)

Automated decision-making

H&C Coaches does not make decisions based on automated processing that could have significant consequences for people. This concerns decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without a human being (for example an employee of H&C Coaches) involved.

How long we store personal data

H&C Coaches does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods:

• Sensitive or special personal data : 1 year after completion of assignment

H&C Coaches does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processing agreement with our coaches and suppliers who process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. H&C Coaches remains responsible for this processing.

Rights regarding your personal data

The General Data Protection Regulation gives you a number of rights with regard to the personal data that you allow us to process:

• Inspection : You can at any time request H&C Coaches to inspect your data.
• Amendment : If you wish to have your data amended, improved, supplemented, shielded or deleted based on inspection, you can submit a request to this effect.
• Objection : You can object to the processing of your data based on the legitimate interest of H&C Coaches.
• Data transfer : Should you wish to transfer your data to another provider, H&C Coaches will provide your data in a structured and commonly used format that can be opened by commonly used digital systems.
• Withdrawal : When we have processed data based on your explicit consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent. This may have consequences for the services we can provide to you.

You can send a request for access, modification, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or a request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@hccoaches.nl . To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. H&C Coaches will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks. H&C Coaches would also like to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
