Coaching
Coaching enables people to grow. The coach is a temporary, independent mirror. Coaching is always tailor-made: tailored to you, your situation and (changing) circumstances. Coaching is working together, reflecting open-mindedly and without judgement on intention, behaviour and consequences. We coach people who want to improve their behaviour or functioning. Coaching has a lasting added value for both work and private situations and can only be successful if you have a need or wish or experience urgency.

H&C Coaches stands for concrete and visible growth. We set SMART coaching goals that we test with you and possibly your client during and after the training. H&C Coaches uses various coaching techniques. For each person, we look at which technique best suits your development needs and personality. This is always done in consultation with you. Naturally, we also look at which coach or counselor suits you best at the start.
If desired, a test or assessment can be taken at the start of a coaching trajectory. An extensive personality analysis shows which events have shaped you and which patterns have emerged. The coach asks the right questions, reflects and asks further questions. With practical exercises that connect to your daily practice, you get more opportunities to let go of limiting beliefs and change patterns.
