Motivations & Passion
My passion is to contribute to the growth of people . It is wonderful to be part of the process in which someone from a vulnerable position stands firm again and radiates self-confidence .
My drive is to show that coaching is concrete , with clear goals and visible results . I work from a common goal , where both the employer and the employee are satisfied with the end result. This can mean that someone finds another function or job , but also that they work on different behavior .
Background & Experience
I started my career as an HR professional and soon discovered that I was actually already a coach . I brought people closer together , had an eye for relationships and asked direct and confrontational questions .
As head of HRM I was responsible for building an HR department and supervised a reorganization with a large number of redundancies . In this I paid a lot of attention to a careful and people-oriented process . After that I worked as an HR consultant for a number of years.
In 1999 I started HRM Consultants from the conviction that honest and qualitative advice is the only way to achieve sustainable improvement. I have extensive experience in working with large multinationals, managers and executives .
In addition to coaching, I focus on analyzing new questions within HRM Consultants . Due to my broad HR background, experience in career coaching and outplacement, I can accurately assess what the exact question is . A thorough analysis of the goal is essential to take the right path , with the most suitable coach and approach .
