Motivations & Passion

I worked for many years with great satisfaction as HR manager at Michelin . When we had to close the branch in Den Bosch , we called in Nicole and her team for the outplacement of all employees who would lose their jobs.

I myself was at a turning point in my career, at a time when the job market was less favorable and the opportunities to work elsewhere were limited. When Nicole asked me to provide administrative support , I gladly accepted this opportunity.

In fact, I am a good example of career coaching in practice : doing what suits you .

Background & Experience

In my role within H&C Coaches I have the freedom to fulfil my responsibilities at times that suit me. I take care of all administrative matters , which has become a profession in itself due to our collaboration with many multinationals .

I am in the fortunate position that I only have to do what I like , and I see that as the essence of career development : working from passion and talent .
