Conflict coaching

Conflict coaching is a form of conflict mediation. An independent coach works with the parties involved (e.g. employee and employer) towards a solution to the problem.

The coach of H&C Coaches is a specialist in guiding people to a truly supported solution. Both parties must have confidence in the coach. Participation in a trajectory is voluntary, but not without obligation. You must want to work on a solution together with the other party.

In conflict coaching, the parties involved come up with the form and process themselves. Usually, each party involved has a confidential conversation with the coach. After the coach has spoken to everyone, it is examined what the actual problem is. The coach is independent and has an eye for underlying conflicts or motivations. Often, a problem lies deeper than a miscommunication or a substantive issue.

The coach will then provide a solution direction. This can vary from individual coaching, joint coaching, process guidance to advice to part ways . For example, if there is no trust in good cooperation, a trajectory is not useful. A solution must be effective, long-term and respectful .
