Career reflection means consciously reflecting on your career or career in order to adjust your development , to reorganize your life or to further determine your career path . Reflection contributes to awareness and is always aimed at insight .

Whether it is about making the right career choices, getting to know and using your strengths, resolving labor conflicts, finding a new job or breaking through the glass ceiling, you will be helped purposefully by H&C Coaches . Even if you do not yet know what you want, career reflection is a valuable step.

Every career situation is unique. That is why career reflection is always tailored and specifically tailored to your situation. A career reflection trajectory usually consists of a number of career interviews , possibly combined with a personality assessment in which your personality, capacities, talents and motivations are examined. If desired, the trajectory can be expanded with guidance towards a new perspective .
