I believe in the power of people and like to help them discover and use that power. I also believe in the power of work and support people in their entrepreneurship in the labor market , so that they can (again) participate and contribute according to their own natural potential .

My guidance focuses on gaining insight into visible behavior and invisible control . Development is not about learning or unlearning , but literally about de-veloping, peeling back the layers to reach your true potential .

My mission is to connect business and a holistic view of people . I make people aware that it is about inspired living and working , and that is why I focus on visible and measurable results .

Background & Experience

With over 30 years of experience in people, work and organizations , my career has been shaped by my interest in people and my fascination with behavior , why do people do what they do?

As a manager in the temporary employment and recruitment & selection sector and as a career and mobility advisor for various (non-)profit organizations , I have guided hundreds of people of all levels and stages of life to a new perspective in their careers .

My search for more depth and meaning brought me to the Jungian psychology training . This opened up a world for me in which I first became acquainted with the power and wisdom of the unconscious . I want to pass on this knowledge to create awareness .

Personal responsibility and direction are central to my trajectories, with the result: happy people in successful organizations . This is where all my experiences come together. My circle was completed with a post-HBO education Career Advice & Coaching and accreditations for:
