7 STEPS IN COACHING
Each coaching trajectory usually follows these 7 steps . The content and form of each component differs per coaching question and is tailored to the specific situation.
- Initial conversation with the client to explore the goal and align expectations.
- If necessary, an explanation from HR or the manager .
- Formulating concrete, visible and measurable goals .
- Drawing up a personal program in consultation with the client and principal.
- Guidance by the most suitable coach (for example a career coach).
- Discussing progress and, if necessary, adjusting the process.
- Continuation and deepening of the coaching process.
- Completion of the process with an evaluation and aftercare where necessary.
