Career coaching
FOR THE JOB OR POSITION THAT GETS YOU ENERGIZED
Everyone sometimes wonders: “Am I in the right position?” , “Do I fit into this organization?” , “What do I want as a next step?” The reason for these questions can come from the organization ( reorganizations, performance issues ) or from yourself. A career often progresses as a result of opportunities that present themselves and chances that you seize. It is good to take stock every now and then: Who am I actually? What am I good at? What makes me happy? What do I want in my career?
A career coach holds up a mirror to you and asks about the foundation of your personality, capacities and wishes . Through conversations and exercises you gain more insight into your talents and discover what really suits you. Career coaching always starts with reflection conversations about your personality, motivations, talents, potential and ambition . Only in this way can you really penetrate to the core of who you are. This gives you insight into your strengths and development points , and creates opportunities to actively steer your own career.
Career coaching is different for everyone and depends on specific questions and needs. The coach tailors the program to your goals. This is always a customized program , which can also include coaching or counseling. The goal of career coaching is that you can optimally use your talents and come into your own .
In addition to individual conversations with the career coach, there are also group activities with approximately eight people. These sessions focus on the next step in your career . The group is homogeneous in terms of thinking level , but diverse in career questions and backgrounds . Here, experiences are exchanged and networks are shared.
