Sometimes it is better for the employee and the organization to part ways. Individual outplacement is a careful and professional guidance to a suitable and sustainable perspective, often a new job . Our coach provides tools to enable you to find another job (yourself) . This starts with insight into the situation .
Did the situation arise from dysfunction, miscommunication, unrealistic expectations, a changing role or a changing environment ? Insight into the causes and your own influence on this can contribute to the processing and your development .
Another important part of the guidance is drawing up a personal profile , in which your personal characteristics, motivations, knowledge, skills, potential and ambition are mapped out. This is done by means of conversations, tests and/or a 360-degree interview , with which your self-image is supplemented.
Next, a search profile is compiled that looks at sectors, organizations, functions and tasks . Once your marketing tools (CV and cover letters) are in order, we prepare job interviews and practice them if necessary.

In addition, we think along with you about creative solutions , such as temporary secondment, for example if you want to make a career switch and discover another field.
