Executive Coaching
Executive Coaching is reflection for senior management, directors, CEOs or VPs. Many people in higher or more important positions receive less feedback, precisely because of their role within the organization. That is why it is less obvious for them to share uncertainties and reflect on their own motivations.
The executive coach is a senior coach who understands the language of top management. This coach knows what is involved with great responsibilities. The coach has an independent position and is not hindered by (political) agendas. By asking the right questions, you gain more self-insight and awareness of your motivations and behavior. In addition, you grow in skills, interaction and communication.
Counseling can also be part of an executive program. The questions of executives are essentially not much different than the questions we see in coaching and counseling. However, the impact of behavioral change in executives on an organization is often greater.
