Family constellations

A constellation is a powerful coaching technique involving multiple people or elements. You can see it as a way to imitate a system. This is done by giving representatives, unknown persons, a place in the constellation. In an inexplicable way (phenomenologically) these representatives gain access to information that is important at that specific place in the constellation, such as feelings and mutual relationships. This creates a 4D representation of the system in which you find yourself or are stuck.

Starting point

In a constellation we assume that everyone in a group has taken their own position. This is a place from which you move and exert influence on the greater whole.

At the request of the facilitator, the representatives express how they feel in their place and how they relate to others. In this way, hidden and unconscious information about the relationships within the system becomes visible.

Result

A constellation makes the unconscious dynamics and relationships within the system visible. As soon as it is clear who takes which position and on the basis of which motives, it can be seen where the relationships or the system needs adjustment. Behavior also becomes clear. This provides understanding and can lead to healing movements.

A constellation is an effective way to get to the core of a question and create more awareness. It is a powerful coaching tool that is often confrontational and intense. Most participants experience its impact immediately after the constellation. All participants gain insights from a constellation.

Location

The installations take place on Landgoed Bleijendijk : a historic, private nature and silence area of ​​approximately 120 hectares in Vught. With forests, lanes, water features and hedgerows, this location offers peace and privacy. Between the installations there is space to go outside or take a (silent) walk.

From the parking lot, follow the path and pass two houses on your left. Continue to the Jagershuis.

Practical information

• According to the house rules, you are not allowed to wear shoes inside. Slippers are provided, or you can bring your own slippers/socks.
• Coffee, tea and fruit are included. There is no lunch, but we plan a long break.
• Parking: Free parking available.

• Own setup: €195,- excl. VAT
• Invoicing in company name is possible.
• Cancellation is possible up to two weeks before the set-up day . In that case, you will receive the registration fee back, minus €27.50 administration costs .
