Motivations & Passion
You can contact me for both individual coaching and coaching of executive and management teams . This can be about leadership from connection, strengthening the position, promoting cooperation and increasing effectiveness within teams .
In my opinion, a strong connection between head and heart is crucial for sustainable success and increasing resilience , both at work and in life.
Background & Experience
I have extensive experience as an HR executive and (ad interim) Managing Director in the corporate world at companies including Wärtsilä, Frico Cheese and Fresenius .
I have worked with national and international responsibilities , including as Global Director HR Operations , where I was responsible for the HR operation in more than 70 countries . In addition, I held various positions as HR Director and was ad interim Managing Director for the Dutch organization of an international company (+1,000 employees) for a year.
Throughout my career I have continuously worked on my personal development and have increasingly delved into coaching . I have followed various training courses, including:
- An ICF certified coaching training
- Systemic training in the field of family and organizational systems
- MBTI Step II Certification
From my experience as an executive , I know better than anyone what challenges can come your way, or those of your board or management team, and what that requires of people. The combination of my business background and my knowledge and experience in the field of coaching , makes that I quickly find a connection with different situations and development questions.
I create a safe environment , in which we work together to improve the situation and achieve goals. My style is serious, playful, with humor and always result-oriented .
