Motivations & Passion
My passion is to contribute to the growth of people . I think it is important that we as humans dare to make choices that contribute to a more pleasant life , that we take control ourselves and have confidence in ourselves and the future.
My strength lies in helping to focus on goals , bringing out the best qualities in people and achieving concrete results . I enjoy seeing people grow in this process and actually achieving their goals .
I am convinced that personal growth not only contributes to happiness in life , but also to the success of teams and organizations .
Background & Experience
After completing my business management studies in 1999 , I started working in the banking sector .
With my extensive management experience within the business branch of the bank , I know the dynamics of a rapidly changing organization and the challenges that employees, managers and directors experience in this. In this environment, I have increasingly focused on the interaction between people and work .
People perform best when they know their talents and qualities well, consciously use them and continue to develop them , and do work that they find satisfying . I like to help them discover these qualities, show them new insights , ask critical questions and bring them into contact with others who can help them further.
With sincere attention, drive and a focus on results, I quickly put my finger on the sore spot , which gets people moving .
My role as manager labor mobility combines perfectly with my role as career coach . In both roles I help employees to a new business perspective , whether that is a new job or entrepreneurship . Through coaching conversations, training and workshops, the awareness of employees grows about the importance of continuous personal development .
Whether people take control themselves or are forced by a situation beyond their control , I like to guide them in their journey of discovery . I am enormously proud when they manage to increase their happiness in life and ultimately get where they want to be .
