Breathing coaching
Breathing coaching focuses on breathing. Everyone has a certain breathing pattern and this pattern symbolizes your (life) story. Many people come with complaints such as tension, fears, sadness, negative thoughts, low energy, little self-confidence, inner restlessness and insomnia .
These complaints are often reasoned and approached rationally . Your breathing is controlled by your brain, as is the tendency to avoid past pain. Because of this, your brain gives a limited command to breathe into these areas of pain.
With Breathfulness ( harmonizing breathing ) you return to a full breathing range , which makes it easier to let go of stuck patterns. With this coaching you learn to strengthen your self-confidence through improved abdominal breathing . You also learn to relax the diaphragm to let go of fears and the need for control.
Stuck energy can flow freely again through a full breath. You return to your core: who am I and who do I want to be. You come back into contact with your original qualities . Your feelings and intuition are given space in your life again. Then a natural control arises, not only from thoughts but also from your heart.
