After almost 15 years at ABN AMRO, with a wonderful career, I was ready for a new challenge. But what and how, that was difficult to determine myself.

Through intermediaries, someone recommended three different career coaches to me. One of them was from ABN AMRO itself, which I didn't want; I was looking for a completely objective and external perspective. I had a great conversation with the other one, but I missed the feeling that the person would really challenge me to go deeper.
