I call on H&C Coaches for questions and situations that are multi-layered and require an integrated approach, as well as for career issues and situations in which functioning is not effective for whatever reason.

I know that the core of the situation or problem is brought to the table and that this will lead to something good. We work with an integral view, which exposes the core and from there the most effective approach is implemented. This can take place on different levels, practical, physical, emotional, mental or energetic, by professionals from various fields. This gives me the confidence to let go as a manager.

In addition, I like that the process is clearly framed, with pre-agreed goals, interim evaluation moments and a final interview. The coachee is the owner and director of his or her trajectory.

I have seen employees become themselves again, return to their own strength and take control of their careers again. The process ensures that the essence of the situation becomes visible, which is not only clarifying and effective, but also has a cleansing effect on the work environment. This translates into noticeable results on the work floor. Employees experienced this process as a gift and were all grateful that they were given this opportunity.
