Job search is often part of a career or outplacement process. The coach supports the client in finding the right vacancies. The vacant positions on the internet and in magazines are accessible to everyone. The added value of the coach is to bring the invisible vacancies to the surface. The network of the coaches is often used for this. In outplacement projects, vacancies are searched for per target group. For individual questions, many H&C employees are approached in particular.

H&C Coaches works together with national parties such as Hays Worldwide Recruitment, executive search agencies such as Habilis Executive Search and local agencies. These Recruitment specialists also have many entrances into the labor market. If the search profile of a client is clear and the 'marketing' is in order (cv, linkedin profile etc.) then we like to introduce our clients to our network.
Our team of 15 coaches looks at opportunities for the client and indicates where possibilities could be. Based on warm introductions, the client then enters into a targeted conversation with clients or other relations of HRM consultants. Our contacts usually give honest and open feedback regarding the presentation and content of the client. We pass this feedback on to the client, who can benefit from it.
In addition, there are now many companies/clients who are the first to make the vacancy known to us. They know that our clients have screened themselves well and that the wishes regarding a new job are based on a solid foundation. The clients know that there is a good chance that if a client of H&C Coaches is interested in a vacancy, there really is a match.
